It is my pleasure to welcome you all to the Malawi Defence Force Command Staff College (MDFCSC) Website. The MDFCSC is the newest military school in Malawi established in 2020 to offer premier Professional Military Education (PME) to the middle and senior managers within the Defence and Security Sector. As such, the MDFCSC is divided into Junior and Senior Divisions. I am honoured to serve as the first Commandant of the MDFCSC.
Our mission is to develop selected Officers to the highest intellectual and military professional standards in command and control of defence forces to effectively defend the national interests (of the Republic of Malawi) while being able to respond to contemporary security challenges. Our vision is, to become a centre of military and intellectual excellence in the region and beyond. The vision evolves around the values of Integrity, Leadership and Patriotism.
